New Indian Henckelia Species Has Tuber
| A recently published species, Henckelia pradeepiana, which has a tuber has been described. It was found in the southern Western Ghats of India. The plant has an overall flat asymmetrical habit suitable to its growth attached to rocks. The flowers are small bell shaped and white or lavendar in color. The seed pod splits laterally into a splash cup. | |
